Our company has been representing Bridgewood Cabinetry long enough to know that they produce a very nice product at a great value. Small enough to listen to their customers and large enough to get it done in a professional manner and in a timely fashion. They listen, they pivot when necessary and don't look back. Great product and service after the sale!

Fraudulent business practices. Described cabinets as being made from solid wood, when they are actually very low quality plywood. They refuse to provide product pricing or even an invoice after spending tens of thousands of dollars on their product. The cabinets are already falling apart and it has only been 2 months since they were installed. Such a rip off!!

So. I usually don't give awful reviews, but I have no idea what sort of show they're running. Timeline:
Late August: Sent out the order, ETA for construction+shipment is about 5 weeks. Totally normal.
9/22: First shipment of cabinets come in, and we're missing a cabinet. No one is claiming responsibility for this. The fridge panel had a black skid mark, which was very obvious on the white finish, so that also had to be replaced. Door panels were missing and some were the wrong size.
10/8: Pushed back countertop templating because of this, since they didn't manufacture the new one right away

I ordered ERA cabinets for kitchen and bath as part of a remodel. 24 cabinets were delivered with minimal packaging - not in boxes or crates. Over 60 defects were documented by my sales rep. I was told the cabinets had not been cleaned prior to leaving factory in addition to basic QA not being performed regarding scratches and chips. Several cabinets were not square and I was told that was unfortunate but an expert installer should/could work around that. It took months to attempt remediation - sometimes replacement items needed to be sent several times due to the SAME QA issues. I have no faith
