Were disappointed that this project didnt go well. This was our first experience in doing renovation work. We have 2 bathrooms with water damage issues to our flooring, one more extensive than the other. We were prepared for issues to arise. Jordan came to give us an estimate on the project. Hes knowledgeable and explained the process. He was the mitigation team lead and Kendra coordinated the scheduling. Both kept us informed and Jordans team during the drying process were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately Brandon the project mgr for the renovation side did not keep us

Friends ship pays off big time about year ago we had accidental fire happened in our commercial property
So I called one company trying to get some body to take on this project but was unsuccessful then in my mind name came up Mark Fields and I contacted him via face book phone call and described and ask if Summit cleaning &Restoration can help he said yes
He send it out project manager name Daniel Moore
Mr Moore is hunter he hunt down every details and helped this project go fast accurate and smooth
taking care of every headache and bumps on the road

Summit recently mitigated a water leak at my home. This is the third project they have done for me in 3 years. They are the only ones I call when I have a water intrusion event. I will call them for any other cleaning or restoration projects also. I was first introduced to Wade almost three years ago and his professionalism and expertise have helped to navigate and mitigate what can otherwise be traumatic events. He responded almost immediately when I called recently and his crew of Jared, Devin, Justin, Kendra and Lisa for the Mitigation team all helped out, showing up with a fan and dehumidifier

Summit is a fabulous company Id recommend to anyone. Our two story log home water damage repair was scheduled quickly. The demolition crew were fast and very professional. The restoration contractor and crew did fast amazing work. Josh was our Summit representative and he was in touch with us every step of the way making certain we were happy with everything. All through our restoration the entire team took so much care to keep their dirt, dust, confined to a very small area and quickly cleaned it at every step.
