We were hired by ANGEL SAAD OVER 2YRS AGO as a subcontractor to demolish a home and they never finished paying us. Don't believe your money will ever come. Idk how they have been in business for so long. Just like many other reviews that have said they are con artist. They gave us a run around every time a payment needed to be made. Super horrible people. Run away from this company!!

We hired this company to do work for us on an investment property. He took the money from us and never delivered on any of the work. We are currently in the process of litigation with him. Look at his reviews and believe them. He has taken $45000 for work he has not completed. He is a straight con man and hopefully he gets what he deserves. In addition, my mother is an older lady. It's a shame to take advantage of an old woman the way he did. You should be ashamed Mr. Saad and we'll get our money back.

This is the worse business in Town for construction and remodeling. Be very careful with them, Angel and Mary Saad are nothing but scammers. They will take your money and never deliver your dream house. The materials they promised are nothing but lies they only offer low Chinese market quality. Angel Saad is very disrespectful and a Con-artist he will request more and more money for fake permits.
I had one of his contractors requesting money from me since Angel never paid him for the job he did 6 months ago. Angel Saad has many court cases open from previous clients, he has opened and closed his
