Carpet Cleaning
Our patented hot carbonation extraction removes 80% more water than steam cleaning, leaving carpets dry in 1-2 hours. The Natural cleaner eliminates allergens and pet dander without harsh chemicals. Technicians pre-vacuum, move furniture, and groom fibers for lasting freshness in Utah County homes.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology breaks down urine crystals at the source, removing odors permanently. Lab-tested to eliminate 99.9% of pet allergens, this treatment prevents re-soiling while protecting carpet longevity. Ideal for multi-pet households in Provo and surrounding areas.
Area Rug Cleaning
13-step process includes fiber analysis, colorfast testing, and submersion cleaning for wool and synthetic rugs. On-site or in-facility options available with guaranteed pet odor removal. Prevents dye bleeding while restoring vibrancy in high-traffic areas.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Camera-assisted cleaning removes lint buildup from ducts to reduce fire risk by 90%. Specialized tools clear obstructions causing clothes to overheat. Recommended annually to improve energy efficiency and prevent carbon monoxide accumulation in Utah homes.
Wood Floor Cleaning
Low-moisture system removes grime from wood grain without warping. Counter-rotating brushes and protective polish restore luster while extending floor lifespan. Safe for sealed hardwood in kitchens, hallways, and commercial spaces across Salt Lake County.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was kind and professional while here. He made small talk and wasnt completely rude. I removed one star because his scheduled window of time for arrival was between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, however, he let us know he was 20 minutes away at 10:00am and we werent ready. He was asked if he could come later but still showed up at 10:22am. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress on our whole family as we frantically moved furniture from one room to another while he got set up and even while he was cleaning the room.
(I feel that removing one star is generous

I've used precision Chem dry on several occasions and have never been disappointed. We have two dogs and a cat that sometimes makes messes. Ok they piss in the house and it sucks. The animal urine pre treat they use is amazing and always gets the smell out. Will never call anyone else!

We had our carpets cleaned by these guys recently. The carpet cleaning was fine, but they scraped off part of our wall with their hoses requiring us to fix and patch all the drywall marks and chipped paint. When we told Juan, the manager, about it, he completely denied it and refused to do anything about it. I would never do business with a company like this. They are completely untrustworthy and dont stand behind their business. Stay away.
