Embarking on a full home gut project in the midst of a global pandemic has certainly had it's complications and setbacks. We hired Bugbee to insulate our home. While the company faced some expected and unexpected challenges at times, they definitely delivered. Eric was great to work with- he was an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date on what we could expect and when. Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Bugbee.

Had a client schedule an insulation project with them months in advance, they never showed up, and phone calls aren't returned (they never answer the phone). Their failure is holding up the entire project costing everyone else scheduled to work on the project to wait, loose income, and disappoint the client. A month so far and no word. We'll have to find another outfit and hope they can do it soon. Bugbee is very unprofessional, irresponsible, and I won't work with them again. Done. I advise looking elsewhere.

Terrible communication with this company. We had our entire house filled with dense pack cellulose and I will say the employees were great. Very professional and efficient. Only if I could say the same about the owners of this business. First, when I had Tim come to give the initial quote he arrived three hours late. I chopped it up as busy season and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I told him what we needed and he said they could make it work. We had our work scheduled for the week after Labor Day. I had to call on a daily basis that week because they did not show. Apparently they were not
