The relationship with Premier started out most favorably. I actually spoke to the owner Gabriel who gave me an education about the use of a licensed public adjuster. Things started to go south when we worked with a person who is now a former employee. R (the former employee) came out with a team who inspected in the late spring. He provided us with a quote for intermittent repair (the first part of their process) and asked that we sign the public adjuster agreement. We went away for a holiday in May happy that we had found such a great company. That didnt last long. Turns out that R had separated
