Thankful for a company like ACE! This company went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother. I cant even begin to describe what they did for her! She now has a working ac, and is even breathing better with the new unit (she is on oxygen). She was so happy. With her health problems as of late, it was so nice to see her smile. Our experience was great with Ace. Our technician arrived exactly at the time we were told. He quickly got to work, found the problem with the thermostat, and replaced it. He told us the cost of the new thermostat first to be sure that was OK with us, which it was. Everything is working properly and we have a two year warranty with full replacement if it fails to work during that time. Our technician was very nice and knowledgeable. We always call Ace for all of our air conditioning needs and are always pleased.
