Services
Air Conditioning Installation
We install high-performance air conditioning systems using top-rated brands to ensure optimal cooling efficiency for Arizona homes and businesses. Our process includes personalized system selection, professional installation, and post-installation performance verification. Designed for extreme desert climates, our solutions maximize comfort while minimizing energy costs through advanced technology and proper sizing.
Heating Repair
Our licensed technicians provide rapid response for heating system failures, offering same-day diagnostics and repairs for furnaces and heat pumps. We use specialized tools to identify issues like ignition failures, thermostat malfunctions, and heat exchanger problems. Emergency service is available 24/7 to restore warmth during Arizona's cold winter nights.
Duct Cleaning
We remove accumulated dust, allergens, and debris from HVAC ductwork using industrial-grade vacuum systems and brush agitation techniques. This improves indoor air quality, enhances system efficiency, and reduces allergy symptoms for occupants. Recommended every 3-5 years, our cleaning process follows NADCA standards for thoroughness and safety.
Furnace Maintenance
Our annual furnace maintenance includes multi-point inspections, component lubrication, and safety checks to ensure reliable winter operation. Technicians clean burners, test ignition systems, and verify proper gas pressure to maintain manufacturer warranties. Regular maintenance extends equipment lifespan and prevents unexpected breakdowns during peak usage periods.
HVAC Maintenance Plans
Our comprehensive maintenance plans provide bi-annual system checkups for both heating and cooling equipment. Benefits include priority service scheduling, discounted repair rates, and extended equipment warranties. Designed to maximize system efficiency and prevent costly emergency repairs through proactive care.

Our AC went out Sunday night 7/4. Monday morning we get in touch with our home warranty and their designated contractor gets in touch Monday night and can't come out until the 12th! Tuesday morning a friend recommends Cluff's and we called them right away. They sent their tech that same day and he took care of our issue. Their tech was very nice and professional. We HIGHLY recommend Cluff Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning.

Are air went out so we gave them a call and they came out. After the tech replaced a fan and a transformer he informed me the condenser was out and quoted me $3900 ! That would be in addition to the thousand dollars he was already charging me for for the parts he replaced already. If your looking for a company to come out and replace parts to jack up the bill these are the guys to call. Ended up calling a different company that came out and replaced my whole system for the same price I was going to be charged to fix my old unit with Cluff. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else.
