Came out for an urgent call within a couple hours when many in the tri cities wouldnt even call back. Marc was extremely thorough and efficient and had it fixed quick. These people will be the only HVAC contractors in the area I will use from now on. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is an awesome company. I just relocated to Johnson city from SC. The employees of this company are like an extended family. They are kind and knowledgeable and have the expertise to meet your HVAC needs. I highly recommend them for repair or new installation ( which I chose) . From the Sales office and front end staff to the HVAC… installation crew, they are talented, welcoming, and conscientious crew. Majestic air is great! Jan has the best customer customer service, Colton is very knowledgeable and very professional. Matt is also very professional and Steve is professional and knowledgeable.
