My microwave stopped heating and needed to be replaced. The problem it was a built in unit, older model no longer available. The replacement model was slightly different size and would not fit existing built in frame. Two others tried unsuccessfully install the replacement, but failed. Alex came, assessed the situation made a new frame from wood and re-installed the microwave like new.
