AMRON was founded by Robert T. Williams in 1967 with the goal of providing construction services to owners of residential and commercial building projects. AMRON has over fifty years of experience in all aspects of construction management and operations.
In AMRON's many years of service, AMRON has developed and managed multi-million dollar projects including: townhouses, condominiums, single and multi-family housing units, subterranean and semi-subterranean parking, hospital facilities, ball-park stadiums, city-center malls, and large commercial projects such as a three hundred ninety million dollar academic campus.
AMRON assists owners by establishing a fundamental understanding and methodology in approaching a potential construction project via: creating conceptual projects by comparing design and cost analysis with present industry assumptions; establishing construction documents to create visualization for the project's duration and financial ramifications; and providing flexible options for synchronizing project scheduling / cost containment in order to bring the project to realization and completion.
