Don is professional and has effective methods for combating hard to kill bugs. Before I settled on Value Pest I called several pest companies for pricing. Many of them told me that my particular pest was hard to erradicate and it would be expensive. It was hard to believe that Value Pest was going to do it effectively and affordably but 3 months later - no more bugs! I urge prospective and current customers to be wary of this company. Problems with the local franchise prompted us to call corporate to voice our displeasure but we were just run around in circles. I told these guys last year I didn't request services from them after they left a bill with only my first name on it at my door after completing treatment. I also told them to never step foot on my property again for trespassing. Guess what? They just showed up a year later to do the same thing, except this time I was home to catch them. Never do… business with them as they will try to charge you for services you didn't request every year even after you tell them not to do so multiple times. Not how you run a business. Talked with corporate head quarters and they read a note from their system
