In 2018 Keith constructed a wonderful pad in a difficult location for our pole building. However, in 2020, health issues created the need to sell and move to a different location. We had an auction sale in mid July on our back lot. With heavy rain forecasted we were nervous about the approach to the auction site being muddy and greasy.
