When I had an aquarium fail and spill fish water all over the second floor of my home, Phil and his team reacted quickly and was able to contain and dry out the water. After the dry out they did a complete remodel of both the second floor and the first floor of my home. I couldn't be happier with the results everything came out perfect and it looks like a new home. I can't thank Phil and KIN restoration enough! We had some major issues in our Crawlspace due to water and mold, and they were able to stop the moisture, clean everything up, and actually get it to the point where we can confidently use the space for storage. Because I was completing an addition to my home I wanted to make sure my foundation was strong, safe and mold free so I call KIN Restoration to do an evaluation. Philip Welu came out to inspect my crawlspace needs. Following his thorough evaluation he did find some areas of concern and provided me with several recommendations on repairs and improvements. He also gave me suggestions on how to prevent problems in the future and some insulation ideas.
