Furnace at a rental went out. I Called Paschal because I could not get ahold of my regular HVAC repairman. Upon arriving Paschal repairman (DB) told me that the blower motor needed to be replaced. It was going to cost $1175. Wow. I asked him how much the actual blower cost. He said they don't give price breakdowns. I thanked him and told him to leave everything alone. I paid the $129 diagnostic fee.
When my regular HVAC repairman called, he told me that that estimate was ridiculous. The blower for that model costs $120 plus $150 in labor. The next day my HVAC guy came out and installed a new blower

Angie was not appropriate. She was unbelievably rude to her paying customer. She shouldn't talk to anyone, ever! Tim was amazing and did what he needed to do; Tim should get a job somewhere else. Angie blames the customer and is condescending about price. Maybe she needs another job--not taking to people? I'm scared I am going to break again! Don't get your furnace here.
