Working with Wellborn Forest has been a downright mess. I specifically chose an upper end cabinet company because I wanted everything done correctly the first time, but that is not the kind of quality WF keeps. In short, save yourself the money and go with Lowe's, kitchen remodels will be painful either way. The long story. We put in our order months early because we knew there had been issues getting wood due to COVID. They arrived about when their ETA said it would, however one of the particularly custom cabinets was delayed because it was rejected by quality control. The contractor was able

Gorgeous cabinets but the overall experience depends on your dealer. My dealer/ installer is top notch. These cabinets need to be leveled and adjusted during install. If your dealer is bad your cabinets will be bad. There are also different levels of cabinetry from a price point and quality. Do your homework on the dealer. Mine pushes for back orders, makes additional custom pieces within the wellborn pieces. Highly recommend Bruce Gatenbein with Homeworx as dealer/ installer. The only reason I gave them a 4 is due to backorder pieces including fronts and reva-shelf inserts.

Cabinets came in with cracked faces. Some faces not fully attached, my builder had to put time into fixing that. One door came in months late. Other doors came in warped. Drawers were set such that they didn't align with each other down the stack, they're uneven. One of the cabinets was ordered with a pull out pan rack. The rack came separate and didn't fit into the cabinet. Was supposed to be build into it. After it was apparent that we were not going to get a replacement, my husband took it all apart and was able to fix it. They were supposed to get us a new door. A couple items were taken care

My kitchen renovation started almost two months ago. I ordered white shaker cabinets, with two sets of cabinets with glass fronts. The glass front cabinets came unpainted on the inside, so a month later, I am still waiting on replacements. Aside from that, there are multiple defects in both the boxes and the doors. There are paint dings, chips, gauges, pitted paint, and one of the trays on the lazy susan has a large peeling splinter. Yesterday, one replacement cabinet door arrived, it also had a large peeling splinter on the inside. I am waiting for a representative from the retailer I used to

We have been a dealer for Wellborn Forest for the past 10 years now. Their cabinets are sturdy and last for many years. They offer tons of finishes in Maple, Oak, and Cherry. We love their rich stains and Rustic finishes especially! This company has been around for many years and is very well organized. Orders are always delivered on or ahead of schedule. Warranty issues that may occur are always addressed immediately. We have never had any unresolved issues with Wellborn Forest, and they have always been very helpful and quick to respond . Absolutely terrible cabinets.
Made the mistake of paying top dollar for their cabinets for our over expensive custom build and I dont have the time to write in this review what all was wrong with them. Terrible quality, poor construction, poor paint/finish, whites dont match, numerous construction errors, missing parts, damaged cabinets, replacement doors shipped damaged, replacement doors shipped with improper amount of hinges, shelf pins dont line up and cause shelfs to set crooked, drawer fronts are a TERRIBLE design and drawer fronts wont align easily, drawers dont close
