Bob Ray managed the company after his father Grady's passing in 1986. He served on multiple glass association boards and received the Glass Professional of the Year award in 2000. His leadership oversaw the 1994 facility expansion and maintained family business values for decades.
Grady O. Ray
Founder
Grady O. Ray established the company in 1949 with basic tools and a Ford truck. He expanded operations through three decades, moving to Avenue H in 1953 and purchasing the property in 1958. His foundational work created the legacy that continues today.

Our top panel glass in a double height ceiling cracked pretty badly and we contact Ray Glass to replace it. We are glad we did. They did a very good job, were on time and efficient. Highly recommend

Absolutely gorgeous boats. They have such a huge range of super stunning and award winning boats. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and the team was also really lovely knowledgeable. Definitely worth visiting and highly recommended.
