In the beginning, I was hands-on, being the sole technician in the field, while my wife Belinda took charge of all the office duties and responsibilities. We further equipped the company with the best water damage mitigation equipment on the market, consisting of two dehumidifiers and eight air movers, and added a van to our company arsenal.
We set ourselves up to serve our customers well. After six months in the business, one of the country's top insurance carriers decided that NWA Restore It, Inc. should be on their preferred vendor program. We're happy to announce that we are still in their program today and we are the only full-service restoration company currently on their vendor program.
In addition, over the following two years, our performance and reputation, along with our values, character and integrity, landed us on numerous other carriers' preferred vendor programs in our region as they one-by-one approached us to join their program. Today, we have grown to a company with a 10,000 SF shop, 2,000 SF office, multiple trucks and over 600 units of the most state of the art drying equipment in the area.
