Doug has been fantastic to work with. We had a tough job that not a lot of contractors wanted to take on. Doug and his team completed the job with upmost attention to detail and quality. Doug communicated throughout the process and kept us up to date on progress. We are so pleased we have already scheduled Doug and his team at Spa City Builders to remodel our upstairs bathrooms and flooring.

Doug and his team just completed a beautiful remodel of our great room. They all did a wonderful job! Dougs communication throughout the entire project was timely and so appreciated. He did a perfect job scheduling the different trades. There was no down time and the project actually finished a week ahead of schedule! When does that ever happen? It is easy to see that Doug truly cares about his projects and his customers. We are thrilled with the final result and plan to hire Doug and his team for future projects.

Doug and his team at Spa City Builders are top notch. Their attention to detail is nothing short of amazing. spa City just completed numerous projects for my family: new siding, all new windows, small addition to expand our front foyer and renovation of our guest and master bathrooms. Great work and I highly recommend Spa City Builders.

We used Doug and his Team for a mud room renovation that included tearing out a closet, tiling a floor and wall, moving electrical outlets, and paint work. We would, and will, use them again as a result of Their timeliness, hands on approach, fair pricing, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship. Its refreshing to find a hands on owner that cares about their work and customer satisfaction.

We are very happy with our new screened porch, railings, and steps constructed by Spa City Builders on our existing deck. We chose Spa City Builders after receiving several bids from other contractors who quoted higher prices but could not have delivered any higher quality. Everything about the work of Spa City Builders is top notch. Excellent quality materials, superior workmanship, and constant attention to details. The Spa City Builders team gave us a detailed plan of what they would do and when they would do it. They listened to our requirements, made adjustments as necessary, and completed

The work on the whole came out great, Doug did the work when he said he would (actually not a small thing), his guys cleaned up reasonably well, he was flexible with my mid-job requests, plus he's a real nice guy and in general is quite responsive (and I appreciate that a lot). We're also very happy with another job he did for us, replacing our front door. In short, he was on time, on budget, and we would definitely call him again.
