Asphalt Shingles
Durable asphalt shingles provide a cost-effective solution for residential roofs. They offer dimensional architectural appeal, easy repairs, and quick installation. Our team uses premium brands like CertainTeed and IKO, ensuring long-lasting performance and warranties up to 50 years. Ideal for homes in New England's climate.
Rubber Roofing
Designed for flat or low-sloped roofs, rubber roofing prevents water damage where traditional materials fail. We install Certainteed Flintlastic SA, EPDM membranes, and GACO coatings. These systems offer 25-50 year warranties, durability against ponding water, and seamless application for commercial and residential properties.
Roof Repairs
Our repair services address leaks and wear using silicone sealing or shingle replacement. We conduct thorough inspections to identify issues early, minimizing costs. With a 20-year workmanship warranty, we ensure lasting fixes that protect your property from further damage.
Gutter Installation
Proper gutters prevent roof and foundation damage by managing water runoff. We install systems tailored to your roof's design, ensuring efficient drainage. This service complements roof replacements and extends the life of your home's exterior structure.
Roof Replacements
We replace aging roofs with durable materials, offering strip-and-replace or overlay options. Using hurricane nails and debris tarps, we ensure secure installations. Customers receive 30-year warranties on certain shingles, guaranteeing safety and aesthetic improvement for decades.

I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience in needing to have my roof replaced. Not only were they professional in all aspects, they replaced the roof in a single day. The personalized communication and attention to detail were outstanding - the crew doing the actual work was truly amazing, even if they did sound like a herd of elephants taking off the old shingles. It was also nice to work with someone local who I knew would stand behind the workmanship and product. I would recommend them any day of the week!

Was not taking on small projects what kind of company says that to a customer. Very unprofessional.

I hired JP and family to remove our old roofing and put on new roofing. They did the whole job in one day. They did a fabulous job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the entire yard. I found no debris left behind. They were efficient and hard working. I would hire them again anytime I need roofing done.

Went with JP after receiving a couple of bids for a roof and skylight install. The google reviews led me to them. They were about 10% cheaper than the other leading Portland roofing company with great results. They answered all my follow up questions during the bid/contract period and showed up when they said they would, and completed it in a day. Had a friend that just went them too, with similar results.
