Our Team

Richie grew up in Hendersonville before moving away for a 15 year career in health care management where he was Director of Environmental Services over three hospitals. In 2015, Dave convinced Richie to come back to Hendersonville. He not only taught Richie about the painting business, but also instilled a strong work ethic, a willingness to help others and passion for customer service.

Burlett Painting was established by Dave Burlett in 1985. Dave raised his family in Hendersonville and was very involved in the community, especially Little League Baseball, until his retirement in 2015. Not only did Dave perfect his trade and build a successful business, but he also taught his son, Richie Burlett.
