D. Stephenson Construction provided Total Program Management Services for this addition of 12 modular buildings to Stephen Foster Elementary School. The scope consisted of chiller system, major building and mep systems, and coordination of tie-in of new mep systems into existing mep systems. The project also included two combination courts (play, tennis & basketball, all in one) and the construction of connecting walkways and associated canopies.
