Hi Grace - I wanted to thank you, Rachel and the rest of your team for the help that you gave me. The toilet you found is the very best design decision for that bathroom - it is strikingly similar to the existing sink, so it fits right in! And thank you all for the alacrity with which you handled my request - I really appreciated that you suppled the toilet so quickly, given my situation. Best wishes,

From the moment we walked in the door we were very impressed with Flow. The store is large, clean and superbly merchandised. The staff, led by Rachel, was absolutely the best. My wife and I were under some time pressure to find all the plumbing fixtures for our remodel. Rachel personally worked with us in a way that was really a joy. She sized up our needs quickly and steered us thru the many options efficiently. She was personable, easy going, knowledgeable, and patient. Her taste level is impeccable. She helped me through a difficult, time-constrained, kitchen-and-bath project (during the COVID-19 pandemic) and her expertise and demeanor were calming and reassuring throughout the process. She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful; a true professional. My whole experience here was positive, from visiting in person, to doing consultation over the phone, to having things delivered to my home. They went out of their
