Received a quote, sent in the deposit October 22, no communication, I had to reach out for scheduling then we settled on a date via email when that date arrived (Nov 11) and I called to re-confirm, I was given the runaround and that the office could not reach anyone they were sorry, I took off work for this appointment. When my husband got in touch with them late that afternoon and the tech was in the office he said there was a scheduling problem. Had they conveyed that when I called at 9:00am that morning I could have rescheduled and went to work. Speaking with other clients in my neighborhood

They installed to our specifications, and gave us a few greatly appreciated recommendations. I met with Jim. No communication from company. I wanted to use local and made the biggest mistake. Walked off the property and had measurements written down. Guys installed post in wrong spot. I removed them after meeting with Joseph and he confirmed that they were placed incorrrectlu. I emailed and called with no return calls or emails. I have three dogs and need my fence up. They returned to put poles in for chain link fence. Suppose to return 48 hours later. No one showed. Called the office and they said they would come the next day early In am. No one showed. Now I will have to I stall a temp

I wish I could give zero stars. We started this journey in May. We paid a deposit of half and heard nothing from them. I had to constantly contact them after being told they would contact me when the materials arrived with an install date. I had to talk to several different people who claimed they had to talk to Jim. We were told they would begin the fence install July 6th. But,, the did not show up even after I called the office and Gabriel said they were coming. They did come the next morning (July 6th) and there were issues that hindered us from getting a fence. I called the office the next
