Fertilization
Report
Lawn fertilization includes four seasonal applications (early spring, late spring, summer and fall). The last application prepares your lawn for winter dormancy and a quick startup the following spring. Tree and shrub fertilization will be conducted two times per year (spring and fall) to promote healthy and vibrant growth.
Sprinkler Turn on
Report
Irrigation Turn On will be conducted early spring, weather permitting and includes system turn-on, comprehensive audit of all stations, and timer reprogramming for all sprinkler and drip systems. If major repairs are required, such as replacing component parts or patching leaks, customer will be notified to obtain verbal approval for repairs.
Spring Manicure
Report
Spring Manicure will be conducted once in the spring and will include pruning, blowing, raking, hauling of leaves, weeding, dead heading, trash pickup and ground-keeper services. All trash, leaves, and debris will be blown from all planters & hardscape, and hauled away. All plants and trees up to 15 feet in height will receive pruning and balance as needed.
