In addition to our own staff of eleven employees, we have a great crew of subcontractors that we have worked with for years. We also have a maintenance division. Within this division, we provide lawn service, gutter cleaning, power washing, window cleaning, and interior "spring" cleanings. We offer a very special program to homeowners.
We call it our "Home Maintenance Service Agreement". They take care of our lawn and shrubs, power wash our sidewalk, driveway and pool deck, wash our windows, do spring clean-up and blow off our roof. They also perform some general handyman work. Truly one stop shopping.
The workers, including the tile crew, electricians, woodworkers and painters were skilled above and beyond A+, and left no mess as they worked to keep the rest of our home clean during the construction phase.They also were very fine, professional men.

Each of our services can be requested on an ala carte basis with the desired frequency that works best for you. Instead of having to pay for the services as they are provided; we add up the cost of all the services and divide it into twelve monthly payments.

Enhance your living space by adding a decorative custom mantel to your fireplace and a built-in wall unit. We moved the gas fireplace down, and added a beautiful stone front to make room for a 60 TV. When this customer moved into her new home, she didn't want the TV to be focal point of her family room.
