The last couple of months Saturdays have been a challenge with the one party in the office at a time rule. We have had people show up when someone was here and have to sit and wait a long time in the driveway and then leave (no doubt frustrated) and had a number of Saturdays with no traffic at all.

So going forward we will be available to meet on Saturdays, by appointment only. Please feel free to call during the week and set something up so you can have our undivided attention as we talk about your future project. This, will allow our crews to resume work on the projects we have in process which is a really big step forward.

However, our office is considered retail which does not open until Phase 3 which is still 4 weeks away on the current timeline. That does not mean we cannot start the process of moving your project forward. Design, Pricing, site visits, engineering, permit process, banking, all of the things that happen before we do a contract, we can still do via technology.

DO NOT - Look at houses as a whole; look at them in pieces- this kitchen, that bedroom, this floor plan, these style windows, this look from the outside. Keep them in your mind like puzzle pieces in a bag you carry around. DO - Use model homes to get a feel for room sizes and floor plan styles that you can apply when looking at plans.

We are changing the configuration of our lot and need to move a couple of our model homes. So we are doing something we never do. These pricing are for the houses sitting on our lot as they sit. Buyers would be responsible for the hiring of an approved set crew to dismantle and relocate the houses.
