Exceptional value!!! This is the second time I have used Neil to clean my carpets and I will continue to use him in the future. Why? He shows up early, he works hard, he does a great job cleaning carpets and tiles, and he is pleasant to work with. You may have heard the adage "You get what you pay for!" and that is true with carpet cleaning. Go cheap and you will regret it. Neil was very friendly on the phone when I was interested in having my rugs professionally cleaned. I have many stairs leading up to my apartment and Neil was extremely helpful carrying the rugs down to his van where he could do his magic. The process took less then an hour and there was no need to bring all this heavy machinery into my home which was nice. Neil brought my rugs back upstairs for me and I was amazed how much color came back to them! They look brand new!! Cant wait to use his services again in the future!
