Mission Viejo Glass came out to remove my shower glass while my tile man was repairing some damaged tiles. Their work was fast and efficient. After the tile work was completed they returned to reinstall the door and the glass. The job they did far exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was beyond the installation from the original install company. I am having another bathroom refurbished in January and I will need all new glass for that room. You can bet I will use Mission Viejo Glass. Their estimator Tom was terrific and the installation guys Mark and Jeramie were gentlemen and obviously

I called the shop about a custom piece of glass. They were able able to do it the same day on short notice. They were friendly and the price was fair. Very happy with my experience with Mission Viejo Glass.

I would never do business with this company. We had a few broken widows that needed to be replaced. The installer came out and measured we were told no problem they will email us a quote the next day. No email arrived and no phone call. We called 3-days later to be told that the installer said he would not do the job. He could have just told us that he did not want to do the job and that would have been fine. Now we have to start over to find a reputable company that is willing to do the work. This is no way to treat potential customers and is not the way to run a business. I will not be recommending

The estimate provided varied greatly from the actual price and I wasn't informed about that when Matt charged my credit card. Had I known the price was going to jump $15.00, I might have shopped around. I guess I should have asked but I relied on what he told me. Buyer beware - what you're quoted may not be what you pay.
