After I purchased my new home, I found out that an addition built by the previous homeowner was in desperate need of structural support. I researched a number of companies to help me with this problem and ended up choosing Tyler Knudson as my contractor. Boy, am I glad I did. From the first phone call to the estimate and all the way through the project and completion, Tyler was kind, professional, and efficient all while keeping me up to date on everything they found and were doing to fix the issues I was facing. My total project cost was extremely fair and in line with the initial estimate while

Tyler did a great job on our basement. His bid came out the lowest, and the work was high quality. When we changed plans mid-project (rerouting a sump pump, which pushed everything else back), he was very flexible and still finished the job at the quoted price. We will definitely go back to Tyler for any future projects.

Amazing work done in a pinch. Tyler was very proactive with getting out to my house to install a railing. He also did a great job with communicating the work that was going to be done and the cost! Id recommend him every time.

I hired TKC Construction to install tongue and groove pine in my stairway to the basement and also trim out the rest of the basement. He showed up when he said he was going to, and also finished the project on time as well. I recommend Tyler for any size project. Honest, reliable, and reasonable!!
