We had John and Travis install our new bathtub. John was very responsive via text and phone. He got us scheduled just days after our tub arrived. He gave a bid much lower than other bids and the job came in exactly as he stated. They were quick and clean with the work and communicative on all aspects. They are professional and friendly. Recently had a softer system installed as well as an RO system under the kitchen sink with a line running from the RO to my fridge water/ice dispenser. John and his other installer did a wonderful job. The price was reasonable and they were very professional. He got right back to me when I called or emailed a question. I strongly recommend Pure Water Plumbing.
