Everyone was super nice and they made it really easy. We had moved from Philadelphia to Mammoth Lakes and the 18 wheeler could not get into the town. Needed a U-Haul ASAP and they accommodated us super great! Uhaul has been great and reliable for 30yrs for me. Roundup Self Storage was very accommodating for renting a Uhaul truck, and it was a good location.
Jeff and Morgan were extremely helpful and very professional in their conduct and i really appreciate it. Jeff was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly and the storage unit was new and clean and very convenient. I honestly had given up on finding a storage unit in the area in time for our move but Jeff went over and above to help me out and to make things easy, contactless and covid-safe. I wholeheartedly recommend RoundUp Self Storage.

Their business hours said 2-5pm and my husband sat outside for two and a half hours for someone to show up. We live in mammoth so it was hard to get a ride...so my husband got dropped off and waited outside on the cold for a while and then after he called them they said that they would be there at 3:15 because the guy had things to do. They didn't show up until 4:30pm. Although they did apologize and were very nice, they did see my husband standing outside and didnt even go talk to him to let him know that the staff had no keys or way to get in.
