We called Jay, looking for an exterminator to come inspect our house. We had a rat infestation and the rats brought rat mites into our home. Jay arrived on time and started his inspection. It was determined that we had rat mites. He was able to give us suggestions, which we utilized and fixed our problem. The bugs were sent in to Santa Clara County Vector control and were confirmed Rat mites, so his diagnosis was spot on. Should we have any further issues, we wouldn't hesitate to call Jay.

Jay is fantastic. We suspected a bed bug problem at our home. We initially contacted a big-name vendor who tried hard to sell treatment, regardless of the existence of the problem. I called up Jay to schedule an inspection and talk about potential treatment options. Jay showed up on time and honestly told us that he could not find any activity and advised us on not spending money on an unnecessary treatment. To rule out any possibility, I requested a K9 inspection. Jay was able to understand the situation and was able to really quickly set up the inspection (with K9 Maggie). They thoroughly searched

The left of the chimney there was a very small hole that he filled in with a wire fence material, then filled it in foam. The second hole was much larger and Jay screwed in the wire fence material as showed. The third hole just needed a metal sheeting material screwed to house as showed in photo. Duncan treated the metal awning so
