Whenever I call to inquire if they have a certain item in stock, it's a pain to ask and get the accurate information I need. The review rating seem way too high compare to the actual experience I get each time I call or visit. It feels like I need to be thankful to them for sharing a few minutes of their time. And I can't even pre order non stock item over email nor phone. You have to be in their shop to be able to place order for an item they don't keep in stock. They don't even want to take time to have me fill out credit card authorization form so order can be quickly processed. Guys working
