Services
House Cleaning
Our recurring house cleaning service adapts to your schedule with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options. We sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas while organizing spaces and emptying trash. Our trained professionals use commercial-grade products to ensure a thorough clean, with optional add-ons like laundry and dishwashing services. Ideal for busy households seeking consistent results.
Commercial Cleaning
Designed for businesses in Orlando and Central Florida, our commercial cleaning covers floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces. We accommodate retail centers, medical offices, and industrial spaces with flexible scheduling to minimize operational disruption. Services include daily maintenance, deep cleaning, and post-renovation sanitization, performed by vetted, insured staff.
Deep Cleaning
This one-time service targets hard-to-reach areas with commercial-grade equipment. We clean windows, baseboards, appliances, and ceilings while sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Ideal for pre-event preparation or post-party cleanup, our deep cleaning removes allergens and bacteria that regular maintenance misses, leaving properties spotless from floor to ceiling.
Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service removes embedded dirt, stains, and odors using eco-friendly solutions. We handle residential and commercial properties, focusing on high-traffic areas and pet-affected zones. The process includes spot treatment, steam cleaning, and quick-dry techniques to restore carpet appearance while maintaining indoor air quality through non-toxic products.
Vacation Home Care
Tailored for absentee owners in Disney, Kissimmee, and Tampa areas, this service includes guest turnover cleaning, pool maintenance, and emergency repairs. Our team ensures properties remain guest-ready with scheduled cleanings and handles seasonal projects. We provide 24/7 emergency response for urgent maintenance needs.

My daughter had an emergency and needed her house cleaned. I contacted SAB Cleaning Services via the completion of an online form at 7:30 in the morning. By 9 am I had an appointment for 1:30 that same day. The team member arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job cleaning the house. She even left special touches throughout the house showing the pride in her life. The communication from the company was prompt and reactive. It was a terrible day for my daughter that was turned around by a company dedicated to doing great work.

I called SAB for a last minute move-in cleaning and they were very accommodating and responsive. They sent someone out that afternoon and the cleaner was punctual and did a nice job.

If I could give 0 stars. I was originally quoted for $220 for deep cleaning and then They wanted to charge my additional $300+ to organize and to even be able to clean. Left my front door unlocked after not even servicing my apartment. Very unprofessional
