Harper has donated over $1 Million to local charities over the last ten years, and volunteers in each of our office communities. Some of our company-wide charities include donating to United Way, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and delivering weekly meals for Meals on Wheels.

Since joining Harper in 1991, David has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects in the commercial, education, institutional, and industrial markets.
