[Name] Roy Gutierrez [Mobile] (541) 556-2732. This was my technician. He was so thorough and courteous. Knew his stuff. Did not gouge me on cost and was very courteous. Quite a contrast from other outfits, especially Sears. THAT service was a freaking nightmare. Would use again for a certainty.

Roy worked me into his tight schedule and called LG to set up a case number for the claim with a detailed description of what was needed for a repair. Very helpful.
