We are so in love with our new, custom home! Chad, Hannah, and Becky were all wonderful to work with & were available for our every question & need throughout the whole experience. Chad was organized, responsive, & took care of everything, and we are very impressed with the structural aspects of the home. Hannah was amazing with recommending beautiful color schemes and design choices for interior decisions we asked for help with. They were upfront about everything, and the only "surprises" in the end were good ones, including that the home is even better/more beautiful than we could've imagined

We could not be more thrilled with the wonderful custom home that Green Source Homes built for us in Athens, Georgia. If you have never built a custom home before (we had not), Chad, Hannah, and Becky at Green Source do a fantastic job of educating you on the process from start to finish and walking you through things. Chad was there from the very beginning for us. When we identified a piece of land that we were considering putting in an offer to purchase, he walked the lot and gave us his view of suitability and options at no charge. Other builders including one who had built in our area neglected

Having Chad and his family at Green Source Homes build our home was a blessing! The entire process was stress free, and I know it was because of Chads patience and vast knowledge of all areas in the construction process. He kept us up to date on what was scheduled and his office kept us up to date on costs! Ive never built a custom home and walked away with no complaints...until Green Source Homes built ours! They will definitely be on speed dial for our next home!
