It took over 2 months after my initial estimate and accepting it to hear back about when the work would begin. I had to reach out several times trying to find out when the work would start. I was never given a date that it would begin, the workers just showed up one day. The original estimate included a portion of the fence that ended up not getting installed. I was charged the full amount of the original estimate, even though about 30 ft of fence was not installed. After many phone calls about getting that money refunded, I still have not received the refund for the portion of the fence not installed

But, best of all was Matt's willingness to create the best fence for our installation needs. We had a design in mind that matched our previous gate (removed after 25 years to install a new driveway). Matt, however, came up with a much better, much more attractive design. NEO Fence built the gate expertly, installed it and worked out every detail of its installation with great attention to detail.
