William helped me tremendously with some unorthodox thinking after one of my not yet built on lots has been hit with new constraints due to unexpected flood zoning changes earlier this year. Instead of just proposing to lift all developments up by a couple of feet, he explained the pros and cons of different foundation types and why a regular slab with a lift wont help me.
