Every call - stellar. They installed our HVAC back in 2014 and has continued to maintain it ever since. They don't do things that aren't needed and give solid advice to keep our system / investment running. Highly recommend.

I purchased a solar electric system 4 years ago from Action with the promise that they would monitor the system from their location for the life of the system. They set up a local monitoring system as well. Upon discovering that I cannot actually monitor on site, I called Action who sent a repair person over. He could not fix the issue as he did not have the correct repair part on his truck. He advised me to upgrade my router to an $800 router (that they stock and sell). When asked why I could not use the original hardware that they installed, he had nom plausible answer. When asked about

Scheduled an appointment for furnace tuneup today and they gave time 1-4pm. 3:25pm no call so I called and customer service said the technician is on the way. 3:59pm no call, no technician so I called and the customer service now said the technician is running behind at the other job and asked if I can wait for additional 30 minutes to one hour. Unprofessional and unreliable on the customer service and the technician. They could of call me and let me know they are running behind the schedule and give me a new estimate time. I don't think my expectations is unreasonable.

We just needed our dryer duct cleaned and re-attached. I am just too old to climb under the house any more. Action sent two people out the day after our call. They were on time, polite and very professional. The team was led by Andrew Kearney. That said, the job was completed quickly and the price was very fair. We would recommend Action to everyone. We got their name from friends that had their entire heating system replaced. Word of mouth works.
