Excellent customer service! We had Gutter Man install our gutters a few years ago, and Nate STILL reaches out every year to see if we need anything fixed, updated, etc., which is so very appreciated. Just this week he reached out (again!) and we did have one spot that needed a minor repair. His crew came out today and fixed it for no charge. Amazing! Customer service is so crucial, and so lacking with too many businesses. Thank you again, Gutter Man!! Highly recommended!

Their first appointment on Nov 18 was a no show. No call, just didn't show. I called and made another appointment, two weeks down the road, this time they showed. Late but showed. Horrifically rude tone from the owner Nate at first hello, which only got worse as he looked at this "complicated" gutter job which involved a single 30 foot straight piece of cheap 5" gutter. Then out of the blue he gets irate and quotes $1500 (on a $200 job). The only thing to assume is that the owner has gone off the deep end and it's advisable to avoid this company.
