We have a 40 year old house that was built with a lot of custom features including some sophisticated Mortise locks and hardware. When the latches started to fail and the locking mechanisms could no longer be turned, we sought a locksmith to repair them. Our first experience with the guy we found was a complete disaster. When we fount Nate and Tri State, we hit a fold mine. These guys are professionals who really know their stuff. All doors are now retrofitted and reconfigured with top notch materials. Job well done and I highly recommend them for any complex job.

I highly recommend Tri State Lock and Safe located in Hampton. Theyre responsive and extremely professional while very caring towards the situation we were in. They came to our home in Newburyport where my brother had locked his room and traveled to Florida for vacation not realizing our kitty was in there. When we realized our cat had been locked in the room we had been looking for him for the whole day and none of us could manage to open the door on our own. Tri State Lock and Safe in Hampton were quick to get to our home and do the best work in getting that door open so our pet could be safe
