Something every commercial lot needs to keep in mind is parking lot maintenance. I'll tell ya, when I pull into a commercial lot and notice old and tattered asphalt that should have been fixed up 5 years ago, I'm a little displeased. Now, you may think it's just because I'm in the right kind of business to notice something like that.
