This is the third time I have ordered doors from Nicks and will be my last time. Interior doors showed up without hinges.....the crate was open on one end so I assume they fell out. I sent them photos of the crate and I called Nicks and they said they would send out new sets (3) but never showed up. I even offered to pay for new sets. I followed up for weeks afterward and they always said they would ship out but they never showed up. Terrible service when you say you are going to do something and don't follow up. Repeat business obviously not a concern for this company. Only a matter

Communication is almost non existent once you place your order. If you do call don't expect a return call or answer if you email them. The door itself actually is good and delivery was good too - with one MAJOR problem being the tempered glass labels. They are horrendous on the glass in the door - two prominent tempered glass stickers on each window (all six windows in my case) on the inside and outside of each pane - 12 total the size of a butterfly and non removable. Called and spoke to a lady at Nicks and also emailed the salesman we dealt with named John to inquire about getting replacement

i guess my order is too small to deserve corrcet address/email and a longer answer than 4 words!
i have been calling for 3 weeks to check on my order by calling the main number and emailing you. from you all i got was a max. of 4 words in your reply. when i called the main number to review my informaiton you had the wrong tel. # associated with my account! like not even the same area code! you still had the wrong address (misspelled) after i sent you multiple emails correcting it and getting your 2 word answer that you corrected

I just spoke with the most unprofessional person on the phone at Nick's, (02/04/21 approx 4:30pm CST). Perhaps their doors are very nice but I believe in doing business with people who are polite and profession. I asked a few questions about a specific door I saw on their website and was met with condescending and abrupt responses every time. It's as if I was bothering this guy. He SHOULD NOT be in a customer facing role of any sort! I wouldn't spend a dime at Nicks.

My experience with Nick's has been great. The quality of the door system is great, and the pricing was very fair. Please note, you will have to bore out the holes for a handle set, but that can easily be taken care of by a good locksmith. The ordering process was easy, as was payment. They also provided updates on completion, so there were no surprises. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible service. Scam of a company. Door is below average and needed repair upon receiving. Promotion of sending in pictures of doors for gift card is a scam. Tried to force me to leave positive review- which I did only for them to tell me they have the option to buy 5 star reviews with one sentence and I needed to leave a longer review. Forget it. Terrible company to deal with. After seeing what they said i would question any and all 5 star reviews they have.

One star is not low enough! Worst customer service ever!! I paid $5,000 dollars for my door and called them to help me resolve a problem I was having with the delivery driver and the contractor. I was yelled at, basically called a liar, and told that it was my problem!! Oh and the wonderful employee I spoke with was Jacquelyn! She was unprofessional and combative.
