RJS was the Prime Contractor on this Design-Build 16,750sf, wood frame, slab on grade building for Catholic Family Child Services. State-of-the-art facility included offices, classrooms, medical exam, library, and playground. RJS teamed with Swinerton Builders for the $14M Expansion and Renovation of Clearwater River Resort for the Nez Perce Tribe.
