Leadership
Daniel has lived in Northwest Arkansas since his teen years where he has experienced first-hand the tremendous growth in this region. Daniel began working in the construction industry with his father at an early age. He also served our great nation in the US Army for nearly a decade before establishing DC Sparks Construction in 2011.
Community
As a veteran-owned company, DC Sparks Construction is involved in several organizations that support veterans and veteran programs. Daniel is an active member of Sheepdog Impact Assistance and enjoys attending and volunteering at SDIA sponsored events. DC Sparks Construction has also supported other veteran organizations within our local community such as Soldier on Service Dogs and Operation REBOOT.
Preconstruction Planning
At DC Sparks Construction, effective pre-construction services and planning is the cornerstone of a successful construction project. Our approach to pre-construction is to serve both the Owner and Architect as a reliable source of current, complete, and accurate information.
General Contracting
General Contracting (GC) is the traditional design-bid-build approach to construction delivery. As a true builder, DC Sparks Construction is passionate about the GC delivery method. We provide hard bids on select and invitation-only (prequalification based) construction opportunities throughout Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
Design-build
For many clients and projects, a Design/Build approach is the most effective construction delivery method. DC Sparks Construction works with a number of architects, engineers, and design professionals who can design to your needs within your budget while creating High Performance Buildings. We team with our architectural partners to provide an integrated Design/Build approach.
