Services
Gutter Installation
Legacy Gutters provides expert installation of seamless gutter systems for residential and commercial properties. We offer 5-9 inch aluminum, copper, steel, and zinc gutters with 20-year warranties. Our SNACNA-compliant installations include proper flashing, downspout placement, and support mechanisms to prevent leaks and structural damage. Specializing in Colorado's climate challenges, we ensure optimal water flow and snow/ice management for long-term protection of foundations, siding, and landscaping.
Decorative Gutters
Our exclusive Embossed Decorative Rain Gutters combine functionality with architectural beauty. Available in 5-6 inch seamless designs, these premium copper systems add unique aesthetic value to homes. The embossed patterns enhance water flow while maintaining visual appeal. As Colorado's only provider, we offer custom color matching and architectural integration to complement historic and modern properties while maintaining structural integrity.
Ice Dam Prevention
Legacy's comprehensive ice dam solutions include snow rail installation, heat cable systems, and proper insulation. Our technicians address Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles by creating thermal breaks and improving attic ventilation. We implement patented Leaf Sentry systems that prevent debris buildup while allowing snow melt to drain properly. These measures protect roofs from water intrusion and structural damage during harsh winters.
Gutter Maintenance
Our seasonal maintenance programs include professional gutter cleaning, downspout clearing, and system inspections. We recommend 2-4 cleanings annually depending on property surroundings. Using insured technicians and specialized equipment, we remove debris, check for leaks, and ensure proper pitch and drainage. Our maintenance contracts include priority emergency service and extended warranty coverage for long-term system performance.
Commercial Gutters
Legacy specializes in large-scale gutter solutions for commercial and industrial buildings. We install 6-9 inch box gutters, D-style systems, and custom configurations to handle heavy water flow. Our commercial services include roof drain integration, code-compliant installations, and maintenance programs for multi-building portfolios. We serve factories, shopping centers, and office complexes with durable steel, aluminum, and copper systems designed for Colorado's weather extremes.

I asked Mike at Legacy Gutters to do an "odd job", which was to install thin copper wrapping around the logs of our home. Given Legacy's experience with copper and the quality of their workmanship, I knew they'd care about the work and get it done right. Again, the work had nothing to do with gutters. The very best part of this project is that MIke didn't "do this work" normally. But he understood the needs and was creative and ingenious in the solution. I highly recommend Legacy for their skills and passion in doing good work..

Once again , I am extremely happy and satisfied with the quality and professionalism delivered . Having moved and purchased a new home, I called on Mike and Legacy Gutters to install gutters since they had done such a wonderful job on my previous house. I was so impressed with the quality and service that I referred Legacy to a friend/business associate. They too, had their gutters installed by Mike and Dave @ Legacy! 5 stars!!

So my property manager set up an appointment for gutter cleaning and a van with this company's logo and phone number all over it showed up, BUT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY, AS THEY SOLD THEIR LABELED VAN to some independent contractor they bear no responsibility for. That's one way to make your company name have no accountability. The guy using their van did a great job on the actual cleaning, but failed to alert me by a knock on the door before climbing his ladder onto my roof. This is what burglars do, and my fears were not eased when the company didn't know who I was and didn't have the
