New Home Design

This custom home was designed for a prime golf course lot at Callippe Preserve in Pleasanton at Mariposa Ranch. We designed custom iron work and met the homeowner's desired result within very tight CC&R restrictions. This project began when the owner came to us to help design a custom residence in the Happy Valley area of Lafayette.
