Great emergency service. My heater wasny working when I came in late from an event. . They were there within an hour and my heat was working in 30 minutes.

I contacted Totos because my AC was not working. They were very responsive and had someone come out to look at it within a day. Once we determined that the AC needed to be replaced they provided me options of varying prices. I selected the option I wanted to go with and they scheduled the installation for the next day. The new AC works great. Totos does great work and are very easy to work with.

I contacted Toto's Heating & Cooling through a third party link because my air conditioner wasn't working. I received an call within a hour after filling out my information on line. They informed me that they would have a technician out within an hour. Thinking I was going to require a new unit since it was 30years old. Sean (technician) after inspecting the unit said it was repairable. Which he did that same day within a few hours ... I was back to cooling off. I would highly recommend Toto's Heating & Cooling for their honesty, integrity and customer service. Shout out to Sean for his customer
